The Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY), the leading industrial maritime hub, took part in the Breakbulk Middle East 2026 exhibition & Conference, held in February in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
During its participation, ASRY highlighted its extensive expertise and advanced capabilities in the maritime industry. It also strengthened ties with its diverse customer base and built new strategic partnerships, while showcasing the scale of its technical and operational capacity and reinforcing its standing in regional markets.
ASRY’s CEO, Dr Ahmed Al Abri, also took part as a keynote speaker in a panel discussion titled ‘Fleet Under Pressure: Capacity, Costs, and the Crew Crisis’. The panel addressed the key challenges facing the global shipping industry, while highlighting the impact of these challenges across the Arabian Gulf and Red Sea regions.
